Trách nhiệm xã hội
Hikvision coi trách nhiệm xã hội là một phần thiết yếu trong hoạt động và quản lý của mình. Theo các yêu cầu của Tiêu chuẩn SA8000:2014, công ty đã xây dựng một hướng dẫn quản lý trách nhiệm xã hội nội bộ, trong đó cung cấp các hướng dẫn về tôn trọng quyền tự do lập hội và thương lượng tập thể của nhân viên tuân thủ luật pháp quốc gia và điều kiện tự nguyện, bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân và quyền riêng tư của nhân viên, đồng thời nghiêm cấm tất cả các hình thức lao động cưỡng bức, lao động trẻ em và nô lệ hiện đại.
Vào tháng 6 năm 2017, Công ty TNHH Công nghệ Số Hàng Châu Hikvision đã được chứng nhận SA8000: Tiêu chuẩn 2014, tuân theo khuôn khổ tiến hành kinh doanh theo cách công bằng và tử tế cho người lao động và thể hiện sự tuân thủ của họ đối với các tiêu chuẩn xã hội cao hơn. Ngoài ra, Công ty TNHH Công nghệ Hàng Châu Hikvision System, Công ty TNHH Hàng Châu Hikvision Electronics và Công ty TNHH Công nghệ Trùng Khánh Hikvision cũng đã nhận được chứng nhận này.
